After starting his career in the automotive supplier industry, Adam spent almost 5 years working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants before joining BMW in 2004. He has held numerous leadership positions in the fields of strategy, sales & marketing, communications and government affairs. Furthermore, he has worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas as well as for the BMW and MINI brands. Notably, he led the initiative to develop the global corporate strategy with the BMW Group Board of Management in 2015. Adam is currently Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Communication for the Americas region covering all Corporate activities from Canada to Argentina. In this capacity he is responsible for advancing BMW’s sustainability strategy with internal and external stakeholders. Adam’s key areas of focus includes but is not limited to electrification, charging infrastructure, trade, manufacturing, supply chain, and more.
