Selika Josiah Talbott

Selika Josiah Talbott, Esq has spent much of her career in the area of transportation. Currently she teaches the Future of Transportation and New Mobility, Is the author of the children’s mobility series, Sammie and Sally Move Around Town, and advises businesses and government as they move towards electrification and autonomous movement. She has been the Deputy Administrator of the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission and the Senior Advisor to the Administrator for USDOT’s FMCSA. For more than 15 years she has been advocating and educating for new mobility and equity in transportation. Her mantra is Transportation is Mobility and Mobility is Freedom ™.
