Biographical Sketch

Jennifer is the City of Sacramento’s Transportation Planning Manager. She manages a team of transportation planners whose work includes long-range planning for mobility in the city through policies, programs, and projects. Her team’s efforts include corridor studies, safety planning, and updating standards. Jennifer’s team prioritizes mobility, safety, climate, and equity in their work.
