Amy Myers Jaffe, director of the Baker Institute’s Energy Forum and the Wallace S. Wilson Fellow in Energy Studies, is leaving Rice University for the University of California-Davis. Jaffe will be director of energy and sustainability, attached to the Graduate School of Management and the Institute of Transportation Studies.
