Biography

Prashanth Venkataram is a postdoctoral researcher in the 3 Revolutions Future Mobility Program at the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Davis (ITS-Davis). His research interests primarily focus on understanding the state of current and future transportation systems for people with disabilities, and what policies may lead to beneficial outcomes for such passengers; these questions lie within the intersection of broader questions about socioeconomic equity, sustainability, and land use in the context of transportation. Before coming to UC Davis, Prashanth received a BS in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MA and PhD in electrical engineering from Princeton University.
